Professional use. HENDLEX Car Body Shield NC9 is especially sturdy durable nano ceramic protective coating designed for cars and motorcycles. This coating can be applied on painted and varnished surfaces, plastics or metals. This nano ceramic is 9H hardness and long lasting protective coating for the car body.

PROPERTIES:

• Enhances surface hardness;
• Smoothens minor scratches and removes the holograms;
• Provides the surface with strong hydrophobic properties and with “easy to clean effect”. Water contact angle is more than 100°, therefore the surface remains clean longer;
• Significantly highlights the paint color and provides it with greater shine. Does not attract dust;
• Protects the surface from environmental impact: acids, alkalis, road salts and UV rays. It also protects the surface from aging and provides it with additional protection from corrosion;
• The coating is resistant to temperature range from -30 °C to +200 °C.

USERS MANUAL: 

Surface preparation. If car is waxed, remove wax with HENDLEX Wax Remover. Wash the car carefully and make sure there are no washing products (shampoo, dirt solvent) left on the surface. For better result it is recommended to coat polished car surface. After polishing make sure to wash the car. It is recommended to remove the remaining water using the compressed air jet. It is also recommended to remove dirt, oil and fingerprints with HENDLEX Paint Prepare.

Usage. Proper temperature for coating is from +10 °C to +25 °C. It is recommended to cover the area of 80x80 cm at the time. If the temperature is higher than +20 °C, cover the smaller area. Cover no more than 1 m2 with one nonwoven fiber cloth. The surface must be polished in 20 seconds after coverage because it hardens very quickly. If the surface gets into contact with water, immediately clean it and repeat coating process.

CAUTION! It is recommended to keep the surface in higher than +18 °C temperature for 12 hours and prevent it from getting into contact with water. Depending on the environment temperature, the coating fully hardens in 3 days.

COVERED AREA: 40 ml for one mid-size car.
